CMMI Service Delivery Model

Ascellon’s SEI/CMMI Level 2 quality practices is the foundation for our company’s commitment to become an effective service provider by institutionalizing basic Project Management, Support, and Service Establishment and Delivery practices. All projects have a defined project strategy, project plans, and monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure the service is delivered as planned.

Our product development process is a managed process that utilizes our quality management infrastructure to support the quality of delivered products. All projects are planned and executed in accordance with policy; employ skilled people who have adequate resources to produce controlled outputs; involve relevant stakeholders; are monitored, controlled, and reviewed; and are evaluated for adherence to customer requirements.
