Washington Smart CEO,
a leading regional business journal aimed at smaller but fast growing
companies, has designated Ascellon Corporation of Landover and
Baltimore, Maryland, as one of the “Future 50,” one of Washington’s 50
fastest growing companies. Ascellon was named in Washington Smart CEO’s
inaugural year of the Future 50 awards. The Future 50 award is based on
employee growth and revenue growth over the last three years. To
qualify, a company must be at least three years old and, in most cases,
not more than ten.
Washington Smart CEO’s January 2006 issue declared, “The Future 50
program celebrates business growth and recognizes companies and owners
who are keeping the Greater Washington business climate vibrant and
exciting.” Ascellon and the other companies are being honored by
Washington Smart CEO at a reception at the Doubletree Hotel in
Rockville, MD, on January 25.
