CompTech Associates wins WSSC contract for customer satisfaction survey
Tuesday, June 01, 2004 Comp-Tech Associates, Inc. (CompTech), won a contract from the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) to conduct Customer and Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys in Montgomery and Prince George's Counties of Maryland.
CompTech will conduct surveys of WSSC stakeholders and customers in the bi-county area to identify perceptions and concerns of the WSSC's customer base. CompTech will work with WSSC to analyze the results of the survey and develop strategies and approaches for improving delivery of water and sewer services. WSSC is a bi-county agency in Maryland established to provide water supply and wastewater treatment services for approximately 1.6 million residents in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties, covering a service area of approximately 1,000 square miles.
