Friday, March 11, 2005 Comp-Tech Associates, Inc. (CompTech) announced today it will change its name to Ascellon Corporation (Ascellon) effective immediately.

The new name reflects the Company's core diverse business lines and capabilities, and a shift of its business focus to total technology and analytical solutions that go beyond traditional computer services. The new name without the clear component of "computer" will better reflect the Company's diversified Information Technology and Analytical Services.
